Job description
IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS (35%)
- Handle support for end users on IT system issues
- Ensure internal network information security
- Ensure efficient and compliant use of IT resources
- Manage IT infrastructure effectively
SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT (15%)
- Coordinate handling of software and IT utility issues
- Coordinate with Group IT to deploy software projects to departments
IT SYSTEM RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT – System Analyst (25%)
- Research and analysis skills to understand requirements from relevant departments and propose implementation solutions
- Ensure requirements are implemented on schedule and meet committed quality
IT POLICIES & PROCEDURES (10%)
- Communication, training, and close monitoring to ensure users comply with data security procedures and IT resource security procedures of the Company
Other tasks arising from management direction (15%)
Job requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent from a regular university program
- Relevant certifications in network administration, security and infrastructure: Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.
Experience
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a system administration position or 3 years in IT application upgrade project management
- Experience administering enterprise network systems with >300 users
- Experience deploying and operating infrastructure or management software for container port operations, logistics warehousing
- Project management and deployment skills
Professional skills
- Network management skills, network operating systems, IT infrastructure
- Understanding of information security monitoring systems such as SOC, NOC, GSOC, etc.
- Understanding of database administration (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of data security and cybersecurity
- Understanding of application development
