Job description- Research market, trends, policies, competitors, supply sources and new business models
- Analyze investment/project/market opportunities from multiple dimensions
- Monitor and assess the impact of policies and market on the business
- Coordinate with departments/units to collect, verify information and complete reports
- Develop research reports, present and advise the Leadership Board
- Propose insights, scenarios and next implementation directions for each opportunity/project/market
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in specializations: Risk Management, Finance, Investment, Logistics, etc.
- Professional expertise
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Research, Business Development, Development, Project Management positions (experience in Maritime, Logistics fields is an advantage)
- Knowledge and understanding of market, new technology trends, relationships with government agencies, partners, consulting units is an advantage
- Soft skills
- Research, information search and filtering skills.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills, converting information into insights, assessments, proposals
- Ability to write logical, clear and coherent reports
- Good English proficiency to exploit data and communicate with partners
- Good IT skills to meet job requirements. Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate across departments, work with multiple stakeholders
- Critical thinking mindset
- High self-learning ability
