  • Phân loại sáng kiến theo giá trị, mức độ cấp thiết, độ phức tạp và tính phù hợp chiến lược.
  • Đề xuất sáng kiến nào làm trước, làm sau, tạm dừng hoặc loại bỏ.

  • Theo dõi benefit, issue và bài học kinh nghiệm sau triển khai.
  • Chuẩn hóa các template và playbook BA/DBP cho ITDX
Yêu cầu công việc

Học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan (Quản trị kinh doanh, tin học, …)

Kinh nghiệm

  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong một hoặc nhiều lĩnh vực: Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Strategy Execution, Internal Consulting, Product Strategy, Business Analysis hoặc Management Consulting
  • Có kinh nghiệm dẫn workshop, xử lý nhu cầu mơ hồ và chuyển thành roadmap, business case hoặc danh mục sáng kiến.
  • Đã tham gia ít nhất 3 nhóm hoạt động sau: chuyển đổi số, cải tiến vận hành, tái thiết kế quy trình, phát triển sản phẩm số, Data/BI initiative, strategy deployment, customer/commercial transformation.
