MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Achieve assigned business targets.
- - Manage, care for, maintain and develop customer relationships.
- - Provide products, services and financial solutions to customers.
- - Perform credit granting operations (including credit cards), provide foreign exchange services, derivatives and international payment services.
- - Prepare credit contracts, collateral contracts, collateral transaction registration documents.
- - Support Specialist - Retail Banking in notarization work, collateral transaction registration (when needed).
- - Perform management of pledged and mortgaged goods of customers.
- - Perform work under the responsibility of Specialist - Retail Banking according to the assignment of the Transaction Office Head (for Specialist - Corporate Banking belonging to the Transaction Office).
- - Manage and collect debts excluding litigation activities.
- - Other content: reporting, performing other work as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Foreign language requirement: Good communication in Chinese or Korean (to serve and develop Chinese/Korean customers).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing or related fields.
- Preferred to have work experience in sales, marketing, or credit.
- English proficiency B1 (CEFR) or equivalent certificates as applicable.
- Proficient in office computing and application software.
