MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Manage, care for, maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Provide products, services and financial solutions to customers.
- Perform credit operations (including credit cards), provide foreign exchange services, derivatives and international payment services.
- Prepare credit contracts, collateral contracts, collateral transaction registration documents.
- Support Specialist KSRR in notarization work, collateral transaction registration (when needed).
- Perform management of pledged and mortgaged goods of customers.
- Perform work under the responsibility of Specialist KHCN (retail banking) according to the assignment of the Transaction Office Head (for Specialist KHDN (business banking) belonging to the Transaction Office).
- Manage and collect debts excluding litigation activities.
- Other content: reports, perform other work as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing or related fields.
- Preferably have work experience in sales, marketing, or credit.
- English proficiency B1 (CEFR) or equivalent certificates as applicable.
- Proficient in office computing and application software.
