MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Achieve assigned business targets.
- - Manage, care for, maintain and develop customer relationships.
- - Provide products, services and financial solutions to customers.
- - Conduct credit operations (including credit cards), provide foreign exchange services, derivatives and international payment services.
- - Prepare credit contracts, collateral contracts, secured transaction registration documents.
- - Support Specialist KSRR in notarization work, secured transaction registration (when needed).
- - Manage pledged and mortgaged goods of customers.
- - Perform duties of Specialist KHCN (retail banking) as assigned by Branch Manager (for Specialist KHDN (corporate banking) under branch).
- - Manage and collect debts excluding litigation activities.
- - Other content: reporting, performing other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Foreign language requirement: Good Chinese communication skills (to serve and develop Chinese customers).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing or related fields.
- Priority given to candidates with work experience in sales, marketing, or credit.
- English proficiency B1 (CEFR) or equivalent certificates as applicable.
- Proficient in office computing and application software.
