Mục tiêu công việc
  • Duy trì sự hoạt động của máy móc, thiết bị
  • Thực hiển các nghiệp vụ trên các thiết bị: Cẩu QC, Cẩu RTG, Cẩu FCC, Xe nâng, Xe đầu kéo.
  • Phối hợp với đội ngũ kỹ thuật thực hiện kiểm tra, sửa chữa theo kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, bảo trì phòng ngừa.
  • Giám sát kế hoạch bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa thiết bị do nhà thầu phụ thực hiện.
  • Phối hợp với nhà sản xuất, sửa chữa, bảo hành các hư hỏng của thiết bị tại Cảng.
  • Đề xuất các cải tiến về hệ thống điện của phương tiện thiết bị để nâng cao hiệu xuất, tiết kiệm chi phí sản xuất, bảo trì.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa – khắc phục sự cố của thiết bị trong ca sản xuất.
  • Phân tích, đưa ra các giải pháp kỹ thuật xử lý nhanh các hỏng hóc về điện để đưa thiết bị vào hoạt động trong thời gian sớm nhất.
  • Lập báo cáo sửa chữa và gửi cho quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học một trong các chuyên ngành Điện, Tự động hóa công nghiệp, Điều khiển tự động, Cơ điện tử, Điện công nghiệp hoặc Kỹ thuật điều khiển & Tự động hóa
  • Tiếng Anh: TOEIC 400 trở lên.
  • Có tối thiểu một năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì ở bất kỳ cảng, nhà máy thép và các nhà máy sản xuất.
  • Có kiến thức kỹ thuật cụ thể về bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa các thiết bị trong cảng như cẩu trục STS, RTG là một lợi thế.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên am hiểu và đã từng làm việc với các hệ thống PLC-Drive của Siemens, Yaskawa, Sauer – Danfoss, Fuji, ABB trong hệ thống cảng
  • Có kiến thức về thủy lực, cơ khí, hệ thống thủy lực
  • Kỹ năng đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật: điện, cơ khí, thủy lực, hướng dẫn.
  • Làm việc nhóm và làm việc độc lập
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán và giải quyết xung đột hiệu quả, bao gồm lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và chỉ đạo công việc.
