Job description
1. Plan and implement landscape design deployment in accordance with the overall project schedule
- Overall control of landscape design work, take the lead in handling scope adjustments, implementation schedule, and cost overruns from design consulting units
- Check all issued documents including: design documents at various stages serving legal requirements, review, appraisal, bidding and construction
- Control quality, approve design solutions, provide solutions on schemes, deploy design when requested
- Optimize design to increase project efficiency
- Establish and manage structural design schedule to meet legal requirements and bidding, construction schedule
2. Ensure quality and schedule of landscape design documents meet the Group's business objectives
- Control landscape design schedule, check the consistency of structural solutions with architecture, planning, infrastructure, structure…
- Coordinate with departments to handle landscape design issues during construction phase to ensure project quality
3. Select & manage design consultants with sufficient capacity, ensuring compliance with design requirements, budget and feasibility in design work for each project
- Evaluate and select design consultants with sufficient capacity, ensuring compliance with design requirements, budget and feasibility in construction for each project
- Establish and provide scope of work, coordinate to evaluate the capacity of design consulting companies during the design consultant selection process
- Manage design consultants according to contract and project implementation plan
4. Build and update design standards
- Continuously update, improve and provide data to serve design management work including:
+ Design/construction/operation criteria/standards, lessons learned.

Requirements
1. Qualifications
- Required qualification: University degree in Construction/Architecture/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Have a professional certificate in Construction/Architecture/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design
2. Experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in landscape design field
3. Skills:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills.
- Persuasive communication skills, clear information transmission, effective work interaction
- Proficient in Auto Cad, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…), able to use MS Project.
- Clear understanding and ability to apply specialized software in building models and calculating bridge/road structures to control the quality of design documents according to current regulations.
