General Description
Responsible for advising, developing strategy, organizing and supervising technical activities, warranty and maintenance at Nam Long Group's projects. Ensure efficient construction, handover and operation of technical systems, improve service quality, while complying with technical standards and legal regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and advise on technical design during project implementation phase
- Review and participate in evaluating technical design items during project implementation phase.
- Ensure technical systems comply with actual operational requirements and achieve highest quality standards.
- Responsible for calculating operational and maintenance costs of projects related to Technical/renovation.
Manage warranty and maintenance activities
- Plan and supervise warranty and maintenance activities at all projects.
- Ensure warranty and maintenance work is carried out on schedule, complying with technical standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with partners and contractors to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Operate and monitor technical systems
- Responsible for supervising and inspecting technical system acceptance before operation, ensuring full compliance with technical standards and operational readiness.
- Ensure technical systems at projects operate stably, safely and efficiently (including energy).
- Develop periodic inspection and maintenance plans to minimize risks and repair costs.
- Ensure operational and maintenance budgets related to Technical are reasonable and optimized.
Handle technical issues and renovations
- Evaluate and propose technical solutions to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
- Implement renovation and upgrade plans when necessary to meet actual needs.
Manage team and develop process systems
- Lead, train and develop technical, warranty and maintenance teams to enhance work capacity and team spirit.
- Build and improve processes and standards for technical operation and maintenance, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors and actual project circumstances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Construction or equivalent fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in technical management, warranty and maintenance, with at least 5 years in senior management positions.
- Deep understanding of technical systems, maintenance standards and related legal regulations.
- Good English
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in office software and related technical software.
