1. Position: Real Estate Legal Officer

3. Job description:
- Responsible for legal work of the company and legal matters of real estate projects
- Participate in reviewing, drafting, and evaluating contracts, legal documents related to investment and real estate business activities...
- Provide legal advice to departments/divisions on issues related to real estate business law, housing law and related legal regulations.
- Monitor and update new legal documents; serve the activities of departments/divisions and the company to comply with legal regulations.
- Coordinate with state agencies in the process of implementing project legal procedures.
4. Requirements:
4.1. Qualifications & Experience
- University graduate in Law major, priority given to candidates with lawyer practice certificate.
- Candidates with at least 02 years of experience in Real Estate or internal business at enterprises, Law Companies/Offices.
- Understanding of Real Estate Business Law, Land Law, Housing Law.
4.2. Skills & Competencies
