Due to the need for expansion and development, Hoa Phat Electrical Appliances and Household Goods is recruiting 01 Trade Marketing position to work in Ho Chi Minh City. Specific information:
1. Position Requirements:
- Quantity: 01
- Graduate from universities or colleges majoring in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting; age from 26-38 years old.
- Have market experience, understanding of electrical appliances and household goods, priority given to candidates with experience in the electrical appliances and household goods industry.
- Proficient in office software or sales and management software.
- Honest, enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to handle high pressure, willing to travel for long-term market field work.
2. Responsibilities:
- Implement sales promotion activities at points of sale;
- Support work related to advertising signage (contacting suppliers, requesting advertising permits, etc.);
- Supervise and inspect advertising signage already made in the market;
- Collect and research market information, competitors: Prices, coverage, promotions, customer and consumer feedback information; Distribution policies at sales channels, sales promotion activities to support the development of Trade Marketing plans and strategies;
- Organize sales support events: Customer conferences, Trade fairs, Brand Activations;
- Search for, select, train, supervise effectiveness and manage Agency/internal teams implementing Brand Activations activities;
- Develop ideas and design POSM, publications serving sales work;
- Implement and supervise communication and promotion activities in the distribution system such as signage, shelves, other POSM;
- Check label circulation in the market, collect customer feedback;
- Coordinate and support the sales department in implementing customer care activities;
- Support organizing and participating in sponsorship and support programs, etc.
- Implement comprehensive reporting system and protect information and technology according to company regulations;
- Coordinate with related departments in implementing the company's common activities;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
3. Work Location: 22 Vo Van Kiet, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
