1. JOB DESCRIPTION
HSE Officer (Occupational Safety) is responsible for monitoring safety, health & risk assessment, improving working environment, contributing to worker protection and ensuring safe operational activities.
Job details:
- Develop, update procedures, regulations and guidelines on occupational safety, occupational health and safety (HSE).
- Inspect and monitor compliance with safety regulations at work sites, farms and work areas.
- Identify hazards, assess risks and propose measures to prevent occupational accidents.
- Organize training and guidance on occupational safety and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.
- Inspect machinery and equipment; coordinate implementation of fire prevention and fighting (FPFF) and emergency response.
- Investigate incidents, analyze causes and propose solutions to improve working conditions.
- Manage HSE records, monitor implementation of legal regulations and prepare periodic safety reports.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Labor Protection, Environment, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with 01 year or more experience in HSE, EHS, Occupational Safety or Occupational Health and Safety positions.
- Understand regulations on occupational safety, environmental protection and FPFF.
- Have skills in site inspection, risk identification, report writing and coordination with departments.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems is an advantage.
- Ready to travel on business to the Company's units and farms when needed.
