- Manage, operate and monitor FPT Telecom's domestic and international IP/DWDM transmission network systems.
- Directly participate in deploying IP/DWDM projects nationwide.
- Perform equipment installation, connection, service configuration and Cutover of systems before putting them into operation.
- Use NMS – Network Management System to configure, monitor and manage network equipment.
- Monitor system quality and coordinate with relevant units to handle incidents, perform periodic maintenance and ensure stable system operation.
- Participate in building and improving operational support tools and network infrastructure digitalization, contributing to improving system management efficiency.
- Perform related work as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Networks or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 02 years of direct experience in deploying, operating or maintaining DWDM/O&M systems.
- Practical experience with DWDM equipment from one or more vendors such as Huawei, Ciena, Nokia.
- Knowledge of using NMS software/systems to configure and monitor network equipment.
- Ability to perform practical deployment work: hardware installation, connection, service configuration and system Cutover.
- Good proficiency with optical measurement tools such as: OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Optical Spectrum Analyzer – OSA.
- Ability to identify causes and handle incidents related to transmission channels, cards/boards, optical line attenuation and common errors on DWDM systems.
- Good understanding of technical documentation, network design drawings LLD/HLD and vendor documentation in English.
- Proactive spirit, sense of responsibility and good coordination ability in work.
- Ready for on-call duty, participate in handling emergency incidents and perform periodic system maintenance as required by network operations.
