At IPAS, Product Experience (PX) is not simply "drawing interfaces" (UI) or pure research (UX Designer). In the AI-Native 2026 trend, when AI gradually replaces raw visual production, the role of a Senior PX Designer will shift strongly towards designing product behavior, defining user emotions and architecting system thinking.
You will be the master of the entire product experience from start to finish (end-to-end): from understanding business problems, designing UX/UI to developing design systems. This is the ideal position if you believe AI is a valuable colleague, not a competitor.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
At the Senior (L3) level, you will master all 7 core domains and go deep into 2-3 system areas:
- Product & Business Thinking: Understand strategy and business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention...) to make optimal design decisions for the product.
- End-to-End UX/UI Design: Own the entire UX process (research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping...) for a product area and contribute to developing the organization's shared Design System.
- Interaction & Data Design: Design micro-interactions, smooth transitions; know how to read data (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude...) to turn insights into design improvement hypotheses.
- AI Experience Design (Focus): Design behavior for AI (when to provide fast/slow feedback, handle conversations, build user trust when using AI, design unique loading/streaming experiences for AI...).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PM (to shape experience), Data Analyst (to validate data), Client Engineer and AI Engineer (to realize design and optimize model/prompt), Quality Engineer (to ensure quality).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Work Experience
- 5+ years of Product Design experience (Web & Mobile), with at least 2 years working on real products with actual user base (not counting pure agency or project-based work).
- Portfolio demonstrating clear process thinking, problem-solving and trade-off analysis, not just presenting final interfaces.
- Familiar with Agile/Sprint workflow environment, cross-functional work with PM and Engineering.
2. Knowledge/Professional Competencies/Skills
2.1. Professional Skills
- Design & Research tools: Master Figma (components, variables, tokens...) and proficient with prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie...). Capable of conducting user research and usability testing independently.
- Data tools: Good understanding of data dashboards like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar....
- AI Tooling (Required for 2026 trend): Proficiently applied Cursor, v0, Magic Patterns, Claude/ChatGPT to real work workflows; have Prompt Engineering mindset to brief and critique AI-generated products.

Trong xu hướng AI-Native 2026, khi AI dần thay thế phần sản xuất visual thô, vai trò của một Senior PX Designer sẽ dịch chuyển mạnh mẽ sang thiết kế hành vi sản phẩm, định nghĩa cảm xúc người dùng và kiến trúc tư duy hệ thống (system thinking).
Bạn sẽ là người làm chủ toàn diện trải nghiệm sản phẩm từ đầu đến cuối (end-to-end): từ thấu hiểu bài toán kinh doanh, thiết kế UX/UI đến phát triển hệ thống design system. Đây là vị trí lý tưởng nếu bạn tin rằng AI là người đồng nghiệp đắc lực, không phải đối thủ.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
Ở level Senior (L3), bạn sẽ làm chủ toàn bộ 7 core domains và đào sâu từ 2-3 mảng hệ thống:
- Product & Business Thinking: Thấu hiểu chiến lược, các chỉ số kinh doanh (revenue, conversion, retention...) để đưa ra các quyết định thiết kế tối ưu nhất cho sản phẩm.
- End-to-End UX/UI Design: Sở hữu toàn bộ quy trình UX (research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping...) cho một phân vùng sản phẩm và đóng góp phát triển Design System chung của tổ chức.
- Interaction & Data Design: Thiết kế micro-interaction, chuyển động mượt mà; biết đọc số liệu (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude...) để biến insight thành các giả thuyết cải tiến thiết kế.
- AI Experience Design (Trọng tâm): Thiết kế hành vi cho AI (khi nào cần phản hồi nhanh/chậm, xử lý hội thoại, tạo dựng niềm tin cho user khi dùng AI, thiết kế trải nghiệm loading/streaming đặc thù của AI...).
- Hợp tác chéo (Cross-functional): Phối hợp chặt chẽ với PM (để định hình trải nghiệm), Data Analyst (để validate dữ liệu), Client Engineer và AI Engineer (để hiện thực hóa thiết kế và tối ưu model/prompt), Quality Engineer (để đảm bảo chất lượng).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
1. Kinh nghiệm làm việc
- 5+ năm kinh nghiệm làm Product Design (Web & Mobile), trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm làm sản phẩm thực tế có lượng người dùng thật (không tính thuần agency hoặc project-based).
- Có portfolio thể hiện rõ tư duy quy trình (process thinking), giải quyết bài toán và phân tích trade-off, không chỉ trình bày mỗi giao diện cuối cùng.
- Quen thuộc với môi trường Agile/Sprint workflow, làm việc chéo với PM và Engineering.
2. Kiến thức/Năng lực chuyên môn/Kỹ năng
2.1. Kỹ năng chuyên môn
- Design & Research tools: Master Figma (components, variables, tokens...) và thành thạo các công cụ prototype (Framer, Protopie...). Có khả năng tự làm user research, usability testing.
- Data tools: Đọc hiểu tốt các dashboard dữ liệu như GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar....
