Job description
1. Control Mechanical and Electrical Progress
- Coordinate with relevant parties to establish schedules for Mechanical and Electrical contractors
- Approve materials and equipment used for Mechanical and Electrical work and report to direct management
- Control ordering and delivery of Mechanical and Electrical materials and equipment to the site
- Urge the design department to issue construction drawings that meet actual site progress
- Assess progress and volume of work completed for the Mechanical and Electrical section
- Coordinate with the main contractor to resolve Mechanical and Electrical issues on site to ensure the project is not interrupted
2. Supervise Mechanical and Electrical Quality
- Inspect the conformity between design drawings and reality.
- Review shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings
- Review materials submitted by the Contractor to meet technical criteria, design drawings and contract.
- Review construction methods to ensure correct Mechanical and Electrical techniques.
- Supervise quality acceptance of Mechanical and Electrical work on site
- Accept volume of work in the contractor's final settlement statement
- Accept completion documentation
- Check and confirm site diary.
3. Control and ensure safety and environmental hygiene during Mechanical and Electrical supervision.
- Review construction methods to ensure safe labor practices and environmental hygiene.
- Supervise the contractor's compliance with labor safety and environmental hygiene
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical and Electrical/Air Conditioning/Domestic Electrical/Drainage, etc.
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical specialized training
- Certificate of practice in Mechanical and Electrical supervision/Installation of mechanical and electrical equipment
- At least 5 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical supervision for high-rise/low-rise residential buildings, resort projects
