1. Job Title: MEP Technical Officer – Engineering and Operations Department
2. Number of positions: 02
3. Job Description:
- Focus on participating in basic design, construction design for high-rise projects, industrial parks;
- Participate in quality control and construction progress of M&E for high-rise projects, industrial parks;
- Participate in developing processes, guidelines, templates, work content related to construction, handover, operation and maintenance;
- Coordinate with units, support building, reviewing, controlling processes, guidelines - - - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors;
4. Requirements:
4.1. Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in:
+ Position 1: Electrical, Electrical – Electronics, Automation;
+ Position 2: Water Supply and Drainage, Fire Protection
- Skills in reading drawings and using AutoCAD technical software;
- Preferred experience:
+ Participated in design, construction (operation management) of projects: Industrial parks, urban areas, mixed-use apartment buildings;
+ Preferred experience with high-rise apartment buildings;
+ Position 1: Specialized in Electrical, automation, etc.;
+ Position 2: Specialized in water supply and drainage + fire protection, HVAC
- Working experience of 5 years or more.
