I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop overall construction schedules for projects.
- Coordinate with Group departments (Concept, Design Management, Procurement Department, Volume Management Department, Project Management Board) to develop plans and implementation solutions for entire projects to ensure schedule and quality of works.
- Monitor, check and control construction schedules of projects; consolidate and report.
- Prepare documents and forms to manage, monitor and supervise project plans and schedules. Report, propose and remind relevant parties about schedule implementation.
- Prepare technical specifications, develop regulations and procedures for quality management of projects based on thorough understanding of procedures, laws, decrees and standards on handover and acceptance dossiers.
- Prepare construction methods to guide construction packages, complete them.
- Participate in evaluating technical dossiers and capacity dossiers of contractors participating in bidding.
- Check project implementation status (schedule, quality, occupational safety & environmental sanitation).
- Travel on official business to inspect projects as assigned by the department head. Other work as assigned by the department/section head.
- Consolidate and prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) or urgent reports as regulated or as requested by the Board Head, Board of Directors, or Investor Representative.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction/Civil and Industrial Construction...
- Supervision practice certificate in field of activity appropriate to the main field according to project characteristics.
- Clear understanding of methods for developing overall and detailed construction schedules, labor, machinery and material mobilization schedules by phase.
- Familiar with decrees and circulars regulating project management and work quality.
- Knowledge of Construction Engineering, project lifecycle, legal aspects of project implementation.
- Deep understanding of QA/QC systems.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Specialist position.
