KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design and talent planning to support business growth.
- Own and optimize Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits and performance management.
- Drive HR initiatives across talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP/HR leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and Total Rewards.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership, ownership and execution mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
