Job description
- Conduct procurement of materials, construction equipment and machinery, construction equipment and construction contractors as directed by Group Leadership.
- Deploy procurement of equipment, machinery, and production lines to support investment activities.
- Monitor contract implementation progress; coordinate with the Construction Management Board, contractors and suppliers to resolve arising issues, ensuring procurement schedule, quality and efficiency.
- Work location: Vinhomes Symphony Long Bien office building
- Working hours: Working days: Monday - Friday, Saturday work on alternate weeks. Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (lunch break: 60 minutes)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, supply of materials and equipment or contract management; priority given to construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Negotiation skills, supplier evaluation, cost control and problem-solving abilities.
- Careful, responsible, proactive, good at coordinating work.
