Job description
- Organize the operation, maintenance and repair of technical systems and mechanical-electrical equipment at the Stadium
- Organize the inspection, acceptance and handover of construction and technical items from construction companies and contractors for operation;
- Develop and control technical operation and maintenance procedures and contingency plans for technical systems
- Manage technical documentation, as-built drawings, equipment files and documents related to the Stadium's technical systems
- Manage and control lighting systems, roof dome, irrigation, drainage and pitch/grass care at the Stadium.
- Operate the Stadium's technology systems and smart utilities according to international standards
- Coordinate with relevant departments in handling incidents, ensuring safety, stability and continuity in Stadium operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or related fields.
- At least 5 years of management experience at stadiums, major sports centers or 5-star resorts/hotels
- Experience in contractor management, maintenance, repair and technical troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of operating lighting systems, irrigation, pitch/grass, roof dome/canopy, access control and smart technical systems is an advantage
- Understanding of safety regulations, fire prevention and control and major technical operations;
- Ability to read and understand design and technical drawings; - Project management, organization and supervision skills
