JOB DESCRIPTION
The position MIS - Management Information System & Business Data Analysis in the BFM department serves as a core bridge between the data system (Data Engineer) and business operations in Business Finance Management and Company-wide Performance Management. Personnel in this position are responsible for collecting, planning, automating data and building reporting systems (Dashboard), helping the BFM department conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, track KPIs, design incentive programs and provide timely information to leadership for strategic decision-making.
1. Data Management and BFM Report Automation (Data & Reporting Management)
- Data governance & planning: Lead the collection, cleaning and integration of data from multiple sources of the securities company's core systems (transaction data, customer data, products, revenue, expenses from departments...) to plan into standardized data tables serving the purpose of business finance management.
- Develop visual dashboards: Design, build and operate management reports, visual charts (on Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) to track real-time performance, revenue, expenses of each Division/Department/Individual.
- Monitor data quality: Ensure absolute accuracy, security and consistency of management information system (MIS) data before publishing reports.
2. Performance Data Analysis (Performance & Business Analytics)
- Digitize & track KPIs: Coordinate with managers in the BFM department to configure systems for measuring, tracking and automatically evaluating KPI indicators of business/operations divisions; provide early alerts when abnormal fluctuations occur.
- In-depth analysis (Insight Extraction): "Read" the story behind the numbers, analyze business trends, evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and reward programs and incentive mechanisms to propose solutions for optimizing human resource performance.
3. Technical Coordination & Process Standardization (System Integration & Optimization)
- Data bridge: Receive information/reporting needs from the BFM department and business units to translate them into detailed technical requirements; optimize the data warehouse and ETL processes.
- Process standardization: Maximize automation of old manual reports of the BFM department using technology tools, minimizing human errors.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics/Finance majors with strengths in quantitative analysis (Mathematical Economics, Corporate Finance).
2. Work experience
- 2 – 5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analyst or Business Analyst positions.
- Major advantage: Personnel with MIS/Data experience in Finance / Securities / Banking industries or understanding of Performance Management/Comp & Benefits.
3. Knowledge/Professional competencies/Skills
3.1. Professional skills
- Proficient in SQL: Ability to write advanced query statements (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL...) to scrape, filter and process large datasets independently.
- Proficient in BI Tools: Good use of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills: Proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot; knowledge of VBA/Macro is a major advantage.
- Having mindset or basic understanding of Python/R languages for data analysis is a plus.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Vị trí MIS- Management Information System & Phân tích Dữ liệu Kinh doanh thuộc bộ phận BFM đóng vai trò là cầu nối cốt lõi giữa hệ thống dữ liệu (Data Engineer) và các nghiệp vụ Quản trị tài chính kinh doanh, Quản trị hiệu suất toàn công ty. Nhân sự vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm thu thập, quy hoạch, tự động hóa dữ liệu và xây dựng các hệ thống báo cáo (Dashboard), giúp bộ phận BFM phân tích sâu sát về hiệu suất kinh doanh, theo dõi KPI, thiết kế các chương trình thúc đẩy (Incentive) và cung cấp thông tin kịp thời cho Ban lãnh đạo ra quyết định chiến lược.
1. Quản lý Dữ liệu và Tự động hóa Báo cáo BFM (Data & Reporting Management)
- Quản trị & Quy hoạch dữ liệu: Chủ trì thu thập, làm sạch và tích hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn hệ thống lõi của công ty chứng khoán (dữ liệu giao dịch, khách hàng, sản phẩm, doanh thu, chi phí từ các phòng ban...) để quy hoạch vào các bảng dữ liệu chuẩn hóa phục vụ riêng cho mục đích quản trị tài chính kinh doanh.
- Phát triển Dashboard trực quan: Thiết kế, xây dựng và vận hành các báo cáo quản trị, biểu đồ trực quan (trên Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) giúp theo dõi realtime hiệu suất hoạt động, doanh thu, chi phí của từng Khối/Phòng ban/Cá nhân.
- Giám sát chất lượng dữ liệu: Đảm bảo tính chính xác, bảo mật và tính nhất quán tuyệt đối của dữ liệu hệ thống thông tin quản lý (MIS) trước khi xuất bản báo cáo.
2. Phân tích Dữ liệu Hiệu suất (Performance & Business Analytics)
- Số hóa & Theo dõi KPI: Phối hợp cùng các cấp quản lý trong bộ phận BFM để cấu hình hệ thống đo lường, theo dõi và đánh giá tự động các chỉ số KPI của các khối kinh doanh/vận hành; đưa ra các cảnh báo sớm khi có biến động bất thường.
- Phân tích chuyên sâu (Insight Extraction): "Đọc" câu chuyện đằng sau các con số, phân tích xu hướng kinh doanh, đánh giá hiệu quả của các chương trình bồi thường, khen thưởng và các cơ chế incentive để đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hóa hiệu suất nguồn nhân lực.
3. Phối hợp Kỹ thuật & Chuẩn hóa Quy trình (System Integration & Optimization)
- Cầu nối Data: Tiếp nhận nhu cầu thông tin/báo cáo từ bộ phận BFM và các phòng ban nghiệp vụ để chuyển dịch thành yêu cầu kỹ thuật chi tiết; tối ưu hóa kho dữ liệu (Data Warehouse) và quy trình ETL.
- Chuẩn hóa quy trình: Tự động hóa tối đa các báo cáo thủ công cũ của bộ phận BFM bằng công cụ công nghệ, giảm thiểu sai sót con người.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
1. Trình độ học vấn/Chứng chỉ
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Hệ thống thông tin quản lý (MIS), Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học dữ liệu, Thống kê, hoặc các ngành Kinh tế/Tài chính có thế mạnh về phân tích định lượng (Toán kinh tế, Tài chính doanh nghiệp).
2. Kinh nghiệm làm việc
- Có từ 2 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí MIS, Data Analyst hoặc Business Analyst.
- Ưu thế lớn: Nhân sự có kinh nghiệm làm MIS/Data trong ngành Tài chính / Chứng khoán / Ngân hàng hoặc hiểu biết về mảng Quản trị hiệu suất (Performance Management/Comp & Benefits).

3.1. Kỹ năng chuyên môn
- Thành thạo SQL: Khả năng viết câu lệnh truy vấn nâng cao (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL...) để cào, lọc và xử lý các tập dữ liệu lớn một cách độc lập.
- Thành thạo BI Tools: Sử dụng tốt các công cụ trực quan hóa dữ liệu như Power BI hoặc Tableau.
- Kỹ năng Excel nâng cao: Thành thạo Power Query, Power Pivot; biết VBA/Macro là một lợi thế lớn.
- Có tư duy hoặc hiểu biết cơ bản về các ngôn ngữ Python/R phục vụ phân tích dữ liệu là điểm cộng.
