Job description
- Develop and directly program the Bank's systems and applications, including internal systems and applications for customers with a scale of 30 million individual customers and 300,000 business customers.
- Develop or coordinate deployment with technology solution providers.
- Manage and develop integration services with core systems such as: T24, WAY4, BPM, CRM, CIC, etc.
- Manage and develop APIs on API Gateway to serve integration with domestic and international partners.
- Research, test, and deploy new technology trends in development: GraphQL, Docker Container (K8s), CICD, EventSourcing, CQRS, NoSQL ...
- Participate in business analysis, propose solutions and implementation plans to improve and enhance project efficiency during the working process.
- Set work timelines, manage tasks for team members, monitor and support team members to complete commitments on time.
- Lead a team of 3-6 members, accompany team members in professional development and complete work
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science and related fields
2. Have practical work experience at companies or projects on Backend programming
3. Proficient in at least 1 Backend language, preferably Java.
4. Proficient in one of the following databases: Oracle, Sqlserver, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
6. Have experience handling asynchronous problems, Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
7. Priority given to candidates with AI application skills, using AI Coding skills to solve practical problems in software development.
For Junior and Fresher candidates (experience under 1.5 years): Priority given to those with Good or Excellent academic rankings, high GPA; awarded prizes in professional competitions; provincial or city-level excellent students or above; have scientific research published in conferences and journals
Junior level candidates need to demonstrate GPA, academic achievements, and awards in their CV.
