Job description
- Establish and directly build, organize and implement the unit's plans
- Deploy activities of the SME Department branch according to assigned areas
- Implement target allocation (business, KPI), supervise the level of achievement of business targets/KPI of directly managed RMs.
- Deploy sales promotion programs, business solutions, products, and policies of the Department/Region/SME Block
- Deploy analysis and audit of existing and potential SME customer segments in the area, analyze market potential
- Manage current customer portfolio, maximize potential (up-selling) and cross-sell products to customers
- Manage and analyze potential of target customers of the SME Department
- Conduct inspection and supervision of lending activities according to procedures and product regulations for the SME Customer segment within the scope of management
- Implement control of problem debt status and debt handling for the SME Customer segment within the scope of management
- Supervise service quality of the SME Customer segment under responsibility
- Participate in relationship establishment activities in the area/locality for the SME segment
- Conduct appraisal of assigned plans and credit disbursement proposals
- Directly train, develop team and support recruitment work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance - Banking
- TOEIC 500 or above or equivalent certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the position of Head of Department/Deputy Head of Department of Business and minimum 03 years of experience in corporate customer development position
- Understanding of Finance - Monetary - Banking business activities in the area
