- Develop market development plans for telecommunications subscribers, Internet, FPT Play, FPT Camera, FPT Smart home, etc.
- Monitor, supervise, and implement methods to promote business activities to ensure assigned targets are met.
- Be responsible for managing, assigning targets, and providing professional training to staff under your management.
- Build and develop a team of empathetic staff, create personalized interactions and experiences for users/customers across channels (online/offline) at all touchpoints. Build a culture and spirit of work, promote staff to work effectively and with commitment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure business operations run smoothly and continuously.

- Minimum two years of experience in a business management position, with clear understanding of the business market you are responsible for.
