Job description
1. Construction progress management
- Conduct inspections of manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment for actual surveying work of the Contractor against the plan
- Conduct inspections of surveying work deployment progress against the plan
- Submit daily progress status reports to direct management
2. Occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental management
- Conduct daily/periodic inspections of legal documents on occupational safety, health and environmental protection (OSHEP) for manpower and surveying equipment
- Conduct daily/periodic inspections of hygiene and OSHEP conditions in surveying construction areas
- Handle remediation and prevention of occupational safety violations in surveying work
- Submit daily OSHEP status reports to direct management
3. Construction quality management
- Organize acceptance inspections of surveying equipment, materials, and supplies before use
- Organize acceptance inspections of surveying work before proceeding to the next construction phase
- Handle remediation and prevention of quality violations in surveying work on projects
- Supervise measurement of completed project area, apartments, villas, etc.
- Submit daily quality status reports to direct management
4. Project document storage management
- Store hard copy documents on project surveying according to regulations and apply the Group's technology
- Store soft copy documents on project surveying according to regulations and apply the Group's technology
- Submit daily work reports and document storage to direct management
5. Handover product management (project handover acceptance)
- Conduct inspections and handover of survey marks, completed positioning, project area, apartments, villas, etc.
- Conduct inspections of safety conditions in defect recording and defect remediation before handover to customers
- Inspect safety conditions of railings, emergency exits, technical pits, signage, etc. to ensure safety upon handover
6. Contract implementation, payment, and variation management
- Conduct inspections and confirm payment documents for surveying work phases (document components, actual quantities performed, summary of surveying penalties, etc.) are correct and complete according to actual performance
- Conduct inspections and confirm final settlement documents are correct and complete for surveying work (document components, actual quantities performed, summary of surveying penalties, etc.) according to actual performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering / Surveying
Professional knowledge suitable for project surveying and topographic survey
Professional certificate: Topographic survey practice certificate
Professional experience: Over 5 years of experience in surveying work for high-rise / low-rise residential projects
