Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company is recruiting for a position under the Technology and Digital Transformation Department, participating in the Centralized Data Center and Agentic AI Project, as follows:
1. Position: 02 Business Data Analyst Specialists
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a business position in a manufacturing enterprise.
- Direct experience in preparing management reports, verifying data and presenting data to leaders or related departments.
- Proficient in Excel; capable of synthesizing, reconciling and analyzing data for management purposes.
- Able to write coherent Vietnamese, interpret business requirements and present results clearly to non-data specialists.
- Logical thinking, carefulness, proactive data verification and good coordination with business, finance and technology units.
- SQL or Power BI knowledge is not mandatory at the time of application; candidates will receive direct training over 08 weeks with a mentor.
3. Job Description
- Work with leaders and business units to collect, clarify and convert management questions into specific data requirements.
- Build and standardize management indicator catalogs: indicator name, purpose of use, calculation formula, data source, update frequency, responsible unit and owner.
- Analyze current business processes and data flows; identify inconsistencies, missing data or discrepancies between units and systems.
- Coordinate with data analysts and technical teams to convert business requirements into processing rules, validation criteria and report or dashboard structures.
- Verify, reconcile and confirm data on the centralized data platform with management reports, ledgers or business sources; trace and clarify causes of discrepancies.
- Draft business requirement documents, indicator dictionaries, data rules, confirmation minutes and report user guides.
- Support users in exploiting reports, explain indicator meanings and ensure reports across the Group use consistent definitions and data.
- Participate in 08-week training and gradually master 02 to 03 data domains according to the Project's development roadmap.
- Perform other work related to data governance, standardization and exploitation as assigned by the Technology and Digital Transformation Department and the Group.
