Market Development:
- Identify potential retail points (merchants) and approach them to introduce Zalopay Box products and Zalopay services.
- Provide detailed information about Zalopay features and benefits and guide customers on how to use the equipment effectively.
- Advise customers on Zalopay Box service packages to ensure customers use the equipment at maximum efficiency.
- Sell and install Zalopay Box equipment at Zalopay payment acceptance points, including both new and existing points, ensuring correct technical installation and on-schedule delivery.
- Ensure implementation results meet the plan regarding timeline, targets and quality.
- Evaluation criteria: Evaluate based on indicators: Completion Time (Timeline), Deadline and Result, including daily KPI and monthly KPI.
- Advise on selling or renting Zalopay Box equipment at Zalopay e-wallet payment points.
- Plan, map out routes and visit locations according to assigned lists. Or proactively search for potential merchants and visit to support products.
- Introduce and persuade merchants (shops) to agree to become Zalopay e-wallet payment acceptance points and sell/rent Zalopay Box products.
- Guide merchants to complete registration procedures and provide information according to trained processes.
- Visit, collect feedback on products and market at locations.
- Report daily work results
Requirements
- Age: Male/Female, 20-30 years old
- Education: High school graduate or above
- Own a smartphone and personal motorbike
- Good communication and customer persuasion skills
- Have basic knowledge of e-wallets and understanding of the e-wallet market
- Passionate about technology
- Familiar with roads in the work location
- Full-time work
- Preference for living at the work location
- Work environment:
- Work will require frequent travel to payment points
- Report daily work results to direct manager
