I POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for building and implementing VietCredit brand communications activities from research, planning, execution to effectiveness measurement; contributing to consolidating a professional, modern, trustworthy and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
II ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE OF WORK

Brand research and assessment: Monitor market, competitors, trends, customer segments and brand image; synthesize insights as a basis for communications direction.

Branding plan development: Define objectives, audience, positioning, messaging, channels, activities, budget, timeline and measurement indicators; develop brand plans by year, phase or campaign.

Corporate brand management: Coordinate management of identity system, Brand Guidelines, messaging and brand assets; ensure consistency across website, social media, documents, events and publications.

Product brand communications: Collaborate with Product Marketing, PM/PD to develop communications direction, value messaging, product launch or repositioning plans across appropriate channels.

PR and media relations: Develop PR plans; lead or coordinate press releases, articles, spokesperson content, interviews and media relations activities.

Reputation management: Monitor information and discussions about the brand; identify issues, assess impact level, propose response scenarios and coordinate crisis communications management when needed.

Brand campaigns and activities: Execute integrated campaigns, brand content, events, CSR, awards and co-branding activities with partners according to approved plans.

Agency and vendor management: Develop briefs, select solutions, monitor scope, timeline, budget and quality; proactively manage direct execution or coordinate with agencies depending on each item's nature.

Measurement and reporting: Track progress and metrics such as coverage, quality of appearance, engagement level, discussion sentiment, Share of Voice and Brand Health; consolidate results, learnings and optimization recommendations.

Coordination and operational support: Work with Content, Media, Design, Performance, PM/PD, Legal, Compliance, partners and related units; flexibly take on communications or marketing project operations work when assigned.
III CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Brand Management or related fields.

At least 04 years of experience in Branding, PR or Corporate Communications; directly participated in building and implementing relatively comprehensive brand plans.

Preference for candidates with experience in banking, financial companies, fintech, insurance, technology, e-commerce or digital products.

Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, brand architecture, identity, messaging, integrated communications, PR and reputation management.

Ability to develop clear plans from objectives, insights, audience, messaging, channels, activities, budget, timeline to KPIs and evaluation methods.

Strong writing, editing and content review capabilities; able to develop press releases, PR articles, spokesperson content, proposals and management reports.

Experience working with media organizations, agencies and vendors; able to manage briefs, quality, timeline and budget.

Proficiency with communications monitoring tools, social listening, basic data analysis, PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools for research, content and reporting.

Systemic thinking, sensitivity to communications risks; proactive, careful, able to handle timeline pressure and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to read and understand English documents; understanding of legal requirements and compliance in financial communications is an advantage.
IV RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Round 1 - Application: Submit CV; encouraged to attach portfolio, proposal or case study demonstrating your role and results in Branding/PR projects.

Round 2 - Technical interview with direct manager: Discuss experience, planning thinking and how you would handle a short communications scenario during the interview.

Round 3 - Final interview with senior manager (optional): May have an additional interview with senior leadership about development direction and fit for the position.

Fixed salary negotiable based on competence and experience.

Lunch allowance 500,000 VND/month.
