JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive requests for feature, product, and service development from relevant departments, partners, and customers.
- Research and survey feature, product, and service requirements from requesting units.
- Coordinate with technical teams to build solutions.
- Align and confirm solutions with requesting units and relevant parties.
- Build and manage product documentation and business specification documents for features, products, and services.
- Coordinate with product development teams during development, testing, and system deployment phases.
- Support operations departments and relevant units during product/service deployment and operation.
- Provide documentation, guidance, and information support to relevant departments as needed.
- Prepare periodic reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Proactively research and update tools, technology trends, and AI applications to improve work efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager and leadership.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics and Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, or E-commerce.
- Preferred: 03 years or more of experience in Business Analyst position or equivalent roles.
- Preferred: Experience in electronic payment, finance, banking, or information technology fields.
- Knowledge of IT and software development processes.
- Knowledge of payment, Fintech, and business management fields.
- Research and business analysis skills.
- Skills in using AI tools and new technologies to improve work efficiency.
- Proficient skills in using web/app prototyping tools.
- Skills in analyzing and modeling business requirements, sensitivity in handling work.
- Ability to work in teams or independently, communicate with superiors and project team members.
- Observation skills, time management, and adaptability.
- English skills in listening/speaking/reading/writing technical documents.
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and quick learning ability.
