What will a Partner Management Specialist at MISA do?
- Take over the existing Partner portfolio of individuals providing Accounting Services/Tax Agency services, then nurture and drive partners to introduce and expand the use of MISA ASP platform to business customers with the main objective of ensuring revenue:
- Maintain customer renewals through Partners
- Develop new customer participation through Partners
- Propose partner care programs and policies.
- Train and share knowledge so Partners know how to persuade customers to join the platform and pay fees.
Product: MISA ASP is an accounting services ecosystem serving over 100,000 customers and nearly 14,000 partners nationwide, with a partner network growing up to 146% in just 12 months. The platform helps businesses, households and individuals with business needs seeking accounting services to find reputable and professional accounting and tax service providers.
Job RequirementsIdeal profile?
1. Education:
- Graduate of College/University, trained in Economics fields: Accounting-Auditing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing...
- Have basic knowledge of Accounting Principles/Accounting Finance or accounting certification/experience
2. Experience:
- Preferably have business experience in the software field
3. Skills:
- Good communication skills, flexibility, negotiation skills.
- Situation handling mindset and business acumen.

Working hours:
