Job description
- Plan and estimate workforce for construction divisions according to schedule; monitor actual performance against plan and propose adjustments (if necessary)
- Break down work volumes, estimate materials; monitor supply, inventory, import/export and provide early warning for items at risk of delay or shortage.
- Estimate, monitor mobilization, transfer and use of machinery and equipment (MMTB) between construction sites.
- Check and consolidate data from departments within the division (QS, QC, Shop drawing, warehouse…), control detailed schedule and report periodically to the department head.
- Proactively coordinate and follow up with relevant departments; perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction division operations, with experience in workforce, materials and machinery/equipment estimation. Priority given to candidates with experience at major general contractors or investors.
- Proficient in Excel; good command of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD and work volume breakdown software.
- Careful, honest, proactive, able to handle work pressure
