JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Solution Design & Architecture: - Design overall architecture for systems/applications. - Build blueprints and technology roadmaps. - Ensure consistency in design across platforms. - Optimize current system architecture. - Guide technical stack and technology selection.
2. Consulting & Mentoring: - Provide technical solution consulting for projects. - Participate in consulting and resolving issues during operation of deployed systems. - Mentor technical teams. - Review and ensure design quality. - Guide best practices and coding standards. - Propose improvements to development processes.
3. Management & Coordination: - Work with stakeholders to understand business needs. - Coordinate with Product Owner on product direction. - Manage technical debt and risk. - Manage architecture documentation and design guidelines, including application maps, system diagrams and integration plans. - Assess impact of technology changes. - Participate in technology decision-making processes.
4. Research & Development: - Research new technology trends. - Propose PoC (Proof of Concept) for new technologies. - Build technology radar for the organization. - Participate in building innovation roadmap.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology Management or Information Systems.
- International certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software development or system architecture.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architect role or equivalent position.
- Experience working on large-scale, multi-platform projects in finance, banking, or securities industry.
- Experience designing large-scale systems.
3. Knowledge/Competencies/Skills
3.1. Professional Skills:
- Proficient in architecture concepts such as SOA, Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, API-first Design, and design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Observer, Dependency Injection.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration architecture, including use of middleware, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API Gateway.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience designing systems with programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, Python, or Node.js.
- Skills in database performance optimization, working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of system security (IAM, encryption, application firewall).
3.2. Industry Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of finance/securities industry, including transaction management systems, risk management, big data processing and real-time or near real-time transaction processing.
- Understanding of regulations and standards related to finance and securities.
3.3. Digital Skills:
- Skills in using project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Proficiency in using AI and data analytics to optimize solutions.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF).

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
1. Trình độ học vấn/Chứng chỉ
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Ưu tiên có bằng Thạc sĩ về Quản trị Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc Hệ thống Thông tin.

3.1. Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
