FUNCTIONAL ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer development and care
- Identify new customers, maintain engagement with existing customers
- Receive customer care and advisory from company channels to provide DBA service packages (if applicable)
2. Support customers in gaining comprehensive investment knowledge
- Help customers understand their own conditions such as investment conditions (knowledge, skills, experience), financial conditions (income, savings, assets) and personal conditions (psychology, risk appetite, time for investment) so they can select appropriate methods, strategies and investment opportunities.
- Advise customers to build investment conditions for securities trading so customers have the ability to use DGO compass and access trading opportunities on the market and identify risks to manage them effectively.
- Support training customers to use information search utilities for stock health, conditional order sets to manage risks, set market alerts and Stockbook feeds of listed companies and professional communities and investment communities.
- Consult and update customers with market information including macroeconomic factors, market opportunities/risks, sector/stock/portfolio opportunities/risks.
3. Investment and securities trading advisory
- Analyze investment opportunities so customers have a basis for decisions appropriate to their conditions.
- Report asset valuations and recommendations for adjustments appropriate to market conditions.
- Provide necessary risk alerts based on market conditions so customers can take timely action.
- Support customers in managing trading accounts.
4. Ensure professional quality and compliance with professional practice principles
- Fully participate in onboard training activities and professional training to meet professional practice conditions as required by the company.
- Comply with principles and professional standards according to the Company's Code of Conduct, CA team operating regulations, Dcare service package operating regulations and other internal regulations.
POSITION STANDARDS
1. Educational qualifications
- University degree or higher.
2. Work experience
- Have experience in retail business in finance, banking, securities fields (with sales evidence). If no experience, training will be provided.
- Having certificates related to analysis, investment certificates, brokerage, insurance is an advantage.
