JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the company's digital products: mobile applications, websites, e-wallets and payment platforms.
  • Build wireframes, mockups, prototypes; coordinate with PO/PM and Dev teams to realize products.
  • Conduct user research, analyze behavior and propose solutions to improve user experience.
  • Build and maintain Design System, ensuring consistency in interface across products.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • College/University degree or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Interactive Design/User Experience, IT or related fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience as UI/UX Designer. Portfolio is mandatory demonstrating the design process for digital products (web/app).
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles; experience building and maintaining Design System; responsive/adaptive design for mobile (iOS, Android) and web.
  • Good visual sense, clearly demonstrated in portfolio: layout, proportion, spacing, typography, color, visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to build visual direction for products: color, typography, icon, illustration, image.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); proficient in wireframe, prototype, user flow, information architecture.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Thiết kế giao diện (UI) và trải nghiệm người dùng (UX) cho các sản phẩm số của công ty: ứng dụng di động, website, ví điện tử và các nền tảng thanh toán.
  • Xây dựng wireframe, mockup, prototype; phối hợp với PO/PM và Dev để hiện thực hóa sản phẩm.
  • Nghiên cứu người dùng, phân tích hành vi và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến trải nghiệm.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì Design System, đảm bảo tính nhất quán về giao diện giữa các sản phẩm.
  • Phối hợp thực hiện usability testing, tối ưu giao diện dựa trên phản hồi và số liệu; cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế mới.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Thiết kế đồ họa, Mỹ thuật đa phương tiện (Multimedia), Thiết kế tương tác/Trải nghiệm người dùng, CNTT hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí UI/UX Designer. Bắt buộc có portfolio thể hiện quy trình thiết kế sản phẩm số (web/app).
  • Nắm vững nguyên tắc thiết kế UI/UX; có kinh nghiệm xây dựng, duy trì Design System; thiết kế responsive/adaptive cho mobile (iOS, Android) và web.
  • Có visual sense tốt, thể hiện rõ qua portfolio: bố cục, tỷ lệ, khoảng trắng, typography, màu sắc, visual hierarchy.
  • Có khả năng xây dựng visual direction cho sản phẩm: color, typography, icon, illustration, image.
