Job description
- Build and implement recruitment activities for Vinmec Times City facility on online and offline channels.
- Develop cooperation network with universities, professional associations and partners to expand sources of high-quality Clinical and Non-Clinical candidates.
- Plan recruitment periodically; manage recruitment needs, workforce planning and monitor recruitment progress according to approved plans.
- Proactively search for and develop candidate sources, directly screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview organization, evaluate candidates, and implement recruitment procedures.
- Organize Welcome Onboard for new Vietnamese and foreign staff at Vinmec Times City facility.
- Participate in labor market surveys, propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Participate in implementing HR projects and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Healthcare or related fields.
- Minimum 06 years of recruitment and HRBP experience in large-scale companies.
- Fluent English communication; experience working with foreign partners/candidates/experts is an advantage.
- Experience organizing Welcome Onboard.
- Priority given to experience with onboarding procedures for foreign nationals (visa/work permit...).
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; proactive, responsible, able to handle high pressure and results-oriented.
