- Plan and implement business operations for products and services for corporate customers (KHDN) in the MSME, SME segments in the area to achieve assigned KPIs
- Manage, care for, and develop customer portfolio
- Coordinate support for customers after disbursement and implement post-loan monitoring for the provision of banking products and services for KHDN
- Participate in training activities
- Report work results, periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the KHDN Team Head / KHDN Director / Branch Director and SeABank regulations;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the KHDN Team Head / KHDN Director / Branch Director depending on the operating model of the Branch, Area Director, Bank Leadership and/or in accordance with other Bank regulations.
