Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols and monitor compliance with procedures at each production stage in accordance with job instructions, operating standards and current regulations.
- Inspect and verify the operations of production staff to ensure correct implementation of procedures, work standards and quality requirements that have been issued.
- Inspect and monitor production conditions including the status of machinery, equipment, tools, materials, production environment and other necessary conditions to ensure stable production processes. Identify, record and report cases of non-compliance with procedures, operations or production conditions; Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Perform recording, update patrol results and report on compliance status of production procedures as required by the quality department.
Education & Experience
- Internal candidates: High school graduate (12/12), minimum 1 year of relevant experience within the Company;
- External candidates: Intermediate level graduate with a minimum requirement of 1 year or more, with relevant experience in production management/quality.
- Preference for candidates with experience in supervising compliance with procedures, production operations and production conditions on site.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the electrical, optics or semiconductor fields.
