Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Transfer products/process/technology from oversea and implement in Vietnam.
- Fully understand current process capability. Develop, improve processes simply, reliably, efficiently. Reduce process variance. Ensure product yield achieve target
- Saving cost by continual optimize and improve processing method, material, tooling, consumable etc.
- Develop new process technique. Extend process capability. Capture new part order.
- Technical problem handling and support for internal and external customer
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences. The following specialisations in Engineering or Sciences are preferred: Mechanical Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Material Sciences; Materials Engineering and other relevant specialisations with the job.
- Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Typically requires a minimum of 9 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in optical industry or mechanical industry is a plus
Working Conditions
- English communication is compulsory. Chinese is a plus.

- Ability to use CAD software to help in simple tools, fixture design.
- Have Knowledge of ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods is a plus
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.
