Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company is recruiting for a position under the Technology and Digital Transformation Department, participating in the Centralized Data Center and Agentic AI Project, details as follows:
1. Position: 02 Data Analyst Specialists
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 02 years of direct experience working with data from multiple sources.
- Advanced Excel skills, including array functions, PivotTable and Power Query.
- Experience in data consolidation, cleaning, reconciliation and analysis for management reporting.
- Verification mindset, attention to accuracy and ability to identify causes of data discrepancies.
- Ability to present analysis results clearly and understandably to non-data professionals.
- SQL or Power BI knowledge is not mandatory at the time of application; candidates will receive direct training over 08 weeks with a mentor.
3. Job Description
- Collect, connect, consolidate and standardize data from multiple sources to serve the Group's reporting and analysis needs.
- Build, operate and improve reports and dashboards on the centralized data platform according to agreed management requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation and modeling; standardize calculation logic so that reports use a unified source and calculation method.
- Verify and reconcile data on the data platform with ledgers, operational reports and related sources; ensure data accuracy and ability to explain when questioned.
- Analyze causes of discrepancies, detect abnormal data and coordinate with operational, accounting, finance or technical units for resolution.
- Coordinate with Data Business Analyst Specialists to convert metric definitions and management requirements into data structures, processing rules and appropriate presentation formats.
- Monitor data quality, completeness and timeliness; propose measures to improve reliability and data exploitation efficiency.
- Draft technical documentation, describe data sources, processing logic, verification rules and report usage guidelines.
- Support users in report exploitation, explain analysis results and present data information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Participate in 08-week training and gradually master 02 to 03 data domains according to the project's development roadmap.
- Perform other work related to building, operating and exploiting the centralized data platform as assigned by the Technology and Digital Transformation Department and the Group.
