In the Digital & Data Division, you will work alongside projects in the tourism, aviation, resort and entertainment ecosystem such as Sun Holidays, Visit Vietnam, Sun Signature, providing direct legal advice on commercial contracts, business cooperation agreements and working with domestic and international partners.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Draft, review and assess commercial contracts, cooperation agreements, service provision and agreements with domestic and international partners; identify risks and propose solutions to protect the Group's interests.
- Provide legal advice throughout the project implementation process, from building cooperation models, negotiating terms to contract execution and performance.
- Provide legal advice to units/departments on commercial business activities, including procurement of goods and services, tourism, resorts, entertainment, aviation and digital products and services.
- Participate in negotiations and work with partners, especially contracts with foreign elements; advise on issues related to commercial terms, responsibilities, rights and interests, confidentiality, payment, termination and dispute resolution.
- Advise and participate in handling disputes, complaints and legal issues arising during cooperation and business operations.
- Update relevant legal regulations and propose legal solutions aligned with the Division's business objectives and development direction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department/Division Head.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, preferably with background in Economic Law, Commercial Law or Business Law.
- 4 years of experience in corporate legal positions, preferably with experience in commercial contracts, business cooperation agreements and business consulting.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, assessing and negotiating contracts; ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions.
- Ability to read, draft and communicate in English at work, especially for contracts and legal documents with foreign elements; equivalent to IELTS 5.5+.
- Business-oriented mindset, proactive coordination with business units and relevant parties to provide appropriate legal solutions.
- Proficient in office software; careful, logical thinking, analytical ability and good communication skills.
