JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in market data analysis, operational data and business activities to support planning work, flight network development and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support establishment of reports evaluating business efficiency and support decision-making. Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities and propose optimal solutions.
- Participate in building business plans, flight schedules, implement solutions to improve the Company's operational results.
- Coordinate with relevant units to understand requirements and documents serving flight route opening activities.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the following majors: Aviation, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Mathematics – IT, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
- Experience in data analysis, planning, business analysis or equivalent positions.
- Proficient in Excel; priority given to candidates with experience using Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Analytical thinking, good logic, sensitivity to numbers and ability to build reports and analytical models.
- English at intermediate level or higher, able to read and understand documents and work in an international environment.
- Skills in independent work, team collaboration and problem-solving.
