Brief Description

- Lead software solution consulting by field.
- Lead receiving requests from the business division to conduct consulting, presentations, surveys, propose products and solutions to customers, work with implementation units in the Company to evaluate and select solutions to consult with customers.
- Lead designing product trial versions, organizing presentations and designs for customers.
- Lead building solution proposal documents, building technical documentation sets for software solutions.

Phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc

Xây dựng, trình bày các giải pháp CNTT dựa trên nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Khảo sát và đánh giá tổng thể yêu cầu khách hàng để xây dựng, tư vấn và trình bày giải pháp;
- Phối hợp cùng AM xúc tiến để giới thiệu, trình bày sản phẩm/dịch vụ cho khách hàng;
- Lập, tư vấn cho khách hàng về chi phí dự án theo định mức quy định pháp luật;
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng tài liệu tư vấn
Xây dựng hồ sơ kỹ thuật tham dự thầu dự án (đối với các dự án có quy mô trung bình)
Cập nhật công nghệ và xu thế thị trường
- Tìm hiểu, cập nhật công nghệ tiên tiến của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 và xu thế nhằm ứng dụng cho quá trình tư vấn các giải pháp cho khách hàng;
- Đề xuất tính năng mới nhằm tăng sức cạnh tranh cho các sản phẩm/dịch vụ của công ty
