Brief Description
Guide overall solutions and conduct evaluation and review of model results, ensuring AI application products and services work well in practice.
Conduct business analysis, research and implement building models serving AI application products and services.

Research, develop and deploy algorithms using Deep Learning, Machine Learning for Object Tracking, Object Recognition (Face, Ship, Vehicle…), OCR problems
- Analyze, evaluate, improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability and stability of Deep Learning network models
- Create impact, build and maintain large-scale data infrastructure for AI projects, and integrate with external IT infrastructure/services to provide end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with Data Science Specialists to test and expand new algorithms through piloting and industrializing solutions at large scale
- Guide and train team members in deploying and improving deep learning networks for computer vision application problems
Scope of Work Responsibilities
Monitor and guide model building implementation
- Manage the development process of AI products/projects
- Coordinate with business units, identify problems and requirements. Shape AI application solutions to solve problems.
- Advise and propose optimal algorithms and methods for AI products/projects
- Evaluate and review model results, methods to improve performance / speed
- Coordinate and communicate with parties involved in AI projects, ensure projects follow the right direction / requirements, solve problems posed for use cases
- Identify and propose solutions to address existing problems in data architecture, processes, methods of data collection, storage, distribution and exploitation
Knowledge Research
- Research and understand domain knowledge and overall direction on model building techniques and comprehensive solutions for projects in the industry
Business Training and Guidance
- Organize training on advanced model building skills and techniques to enhance expertise for junior / experienced levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Good grade or above) in Information Technology, Electronics Telecommunications, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science or other related Engineering specialties
- Minimum 8 years of experience working and deploying artificial intelligence application products at large scale.
- Solid foundation in Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Probabilistic Graphical Model (Bayesian Model, HMM,…)
- Proficient in one of the frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch
- Proficient in one of the languages: Python, C++, Java,...
- Experience deploying parallel algorithms using CUDA is an advantage
- Experience working with MicroServices projects, projects using machine learning is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, eager to learn, good discipline.
- Passionate, proactive, creative in work, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Ability to read and understand English documents. Priority given to those with TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS certificates equivalent to TOEIC score – 650 points or above.
