Support ZION’s Data Privacy Executive in driving company-wide data privacy compliance under Vietnam’s data laws, helping build a governance culture that treats data as a critical asset and ensures privacy across all key business activities.
Responsibilities
- Support data governance & privacy risk management.
- Assist in internal legal reviews & GRC activities to ensure compliance with applicable data laws.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to review data-related procedures and mitigate privacy risks.
- Coordinate with data and security teams to help implement controls and monitor data-related risks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data policies; prepare compliance documentation or processing reports as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the DPO.
Requirements
- Background in law or legal compliance; interest or cross-sector exposure in technology, data is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and ownership mindset; able to learn quickly and work independently & collaboratively.
- Analytical and detail-oriented; capable of identifying inconsistencies and potential risks.
- Awareness of information security principles and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
