Brief Description
Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and time for management processes or business processes, including:
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, build project schedules, identify resource requirements.
- Monitor and report on project status including costs, time, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards within and outside the organization (e.g.: ISO)
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- May manage multiple projects or related projects (including transformation projects).
- In some projects, work may include integrating partner tasks into the project plan, monitoring and partner deliverables handover.
Scope of Work Responsibilities
- Coordinate with PMO, AM to provide implementation roadmap and project costs for customer engagement
- Project management
+ Identify requirements, expectations, project scope with the project SPONSOR and stakeholders such as customers, partners, suppliers...
+ Project initiation: Identify objectives, project scope of work, anticipated project resources, stakeholders interacting with the project.
+ Work with customers to identify their requirements and expectations for products/services.
+ Project initiation: Identify objectives, project scope of work, anticipated project resources, stakeholders interacting with the project.
+ Develop project plan (including project approach and plan), based on project scope, costs and completion milestones. Break down tasks, sequence tasks to be performed and propose anticipated personnel to execute.
+ Propose standards and number of personnel needed to participate in the project according to each phase of the project plan.
+ Manage project progress and quality
+ Monitor progress of project tasks and project team members according to plan.
+ Implement project activities in compliance with required procedures.
+ Manage issues and risks that may arise during project implementation (regarding progress, personnel, costs, project environment, assurance conditions, ...). From there propose solutions and issue handling plans, prevent risks.
+ Manage project revenue and costs
+ Manage outsource partners to ensure progress, quality and Group procedures (if applicable)
- Coordinate with QA, QC to evaluate processes and system quality.
- Customer acceptance testing.

+ Update project documentation and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Good grade or higher) in IT, Electronics Telecommunications, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and IT, Data Science or equivalent.
- Foreign Language: Good English reading comprehension. Preference for TOEIC 650+ certificate (or equivalent IELTS, TOEFL).
- Knowledge, Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Understanding and mastery of modern project management methods such as PMI, Agile.
- Write project management documentation, proactive, independent in work.
- Ability to lead project teams to execute projects according to requirements set by superiors. Organize and manage well with project members.
- Experience participating in IT projects, having certifications such as MCSA (O365…), Azure, AWS or project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP is an advantage
- Ability to research technology solutions and withstand high work pressure, handle situations well.
