Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation - VTS is recruiting for the position of Solution Architecture Specialist (Solution Architect), responsible for designing overall solutions, system architecture and technology plans for large-scale digital transformation projects.

Job Description

A. Overall Design & Solution Building (High-Level Design Strategy)

Solutioning for new problems: Lead overall solution design for new problem requirements even when technology is not yet clearly defined.

- System Architecture: Build general system models, identify integration relationships and data flows (Data Flow) between internal systems and satellite/partner systems.

- Modularization: Decompose systems into module/function layers (Microservices decomposition) ensuring loose coupling (Loosely coupled) and high reusability.

- Technology Selection: Evaluate and decide on technologies applicable to each specific module, data storage methods (SQL vs NoSQL) suitable for product characteristics.

- Strategic POC: Directly conduct or direct the implementation of Proof Of Concept (POC) at overall level to demonstrate solution feasibility before broad development rollout.

B. Detailed System Design & Specification

Database Design: Detailed database design (Oracle/MySQL), including data models (ERD), indexing strategies, Partitioning for large data tables.

Business Flow & UI Logic: Design functional business process flows (Business Process Flow).

Technical Modeling: Build standard UML technical diagrams: Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams.

API & Code Structure: Detailed API specification design (RESTful/gRPC), Class structure, Interface and core processing functions.

Documentation: Draft technical specification documents (Technical Specification), message/event specifications (Message/Event specs), file interface specifications.

Application POC: Conduct POC at application/module level to address specific technical challenges (e.g., complex algorithms, asynchronous processing).

C. Deployment Architecture & Quality Assurance

Deployment Architecture:

- Design logical and physical deployment models on Kubernetes/Cloud platforms.

- System Sizing calculation: Determine equipment configuration (CPU/RAM), number of Nodes/Pods, network connection models between Nodes.

System Assurance: Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs): Compatibility, Stability, High Availability and Scalability.

Security & Operations: Design security solutions, monitoring/logging solutions and disaster recovery/backup solutions (Disaster Recovery).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Telecommunications or related Engineering disciplines, Good grade or higher
  • At least 6 years of experience in equivalent positions.
  • Thorough understanding of basic system architectures commonly used and feasible solutions for integration, communication with external systems, ability to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of each method, webservice technologies (SOAP, WSDL, JAXR, …)
  • Knowledge of information security solutions for components in system architecture
  • Knowledge and understanding of design patterns, appropriate selection for cases and common issues when designing software.
  • Understanding of basic architecture types such as Client Tier (SPA, HTML, AJAX, …), Web Tier (MVC, JSP, JFS, Templating framework, webframework), Business Tier (EJB, JPA, ESB)
  • Foundation in hardware and software. Good communication and expression of technical issues.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry/field business operations and awareness of new technology trends in the world

Ability to read and understand English documents. Priority given to those with TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS certificates equivalent to TOEIC score of 650 or above.

Solutioning cho bài toán mới: Chủ trì thiết kế giải pháp tổng thể cho các yêu cầu bài toán mới ngay cả khi chưa xác định rõ công nghệ.

- Kiến trúc hệ thống: Xây dựng mô hình hệ thống tổng quát, xác định mối quan hệ tích hợp và luồng dữ liệu (Data Flow) ra vào giữa hệ thống nội bộ và các hệ thống vệ tinh/đối tác.

- Modularization: Phân rã hệ thống thành các phân lớp module/chức năng (Microservices decomposition) đảm bảo tính lỏng lẻo (Loosely coupled) và tái sử dụng cao.

- Technology Selection: Đánh giá và quyết định công nghệ áp dụng cho từng module cụ thể, phương pháp lưu trữ dữ liệu (SQL vs NoSQL) phù hợp với đặc thù sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu

  • Có ít nhất 6 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương.
  • Nắm rõ các kiến trúc hệ thống cơ bản thường dùng và các giải pháp khả thi để tích hợp, giao tiếp với các hệ thống bên ngoài, đánh giá được ưu nhược điểm của từng phương pháp, các công nghệ về webservice (SOAP, WSDL, JAXR, …)
  • Có kiến thức về giải pháp ATTT cho các thành phần trong kiến trúc hệ thống
  • Có kiến thức, hiểu biết về design patterns, lựa chọn phù hợp cho các trường hợp và vấn đề thường gặp khi thiêt kế phần mềm.
  • Hiểu biết các dạng kiến trúc cơ bản như Client Tier (SPA, HTML, AJAX, …), Web Tier (MVC, JSP, JFS, Templating framework, webframework), Business Tier (EJB, JPA, ESB)
  • Có nền tảng về phần cứng và phần mềm. Giao tiếp và diễn đạt vấn đề kĩ thuật tốt.
  • Có kiến thức am hiểu về nghiệp vụ ngành/lĩnh vực được giao và hiểu biết về các xu thế công nghệ mới trên thế giới
