Job Description
- Monitor and provide level 1 support for VPBank's IT infrastructure and services.
- Summarize and report daily on monitored systems and convert detailed monitoring data into process/system optimization requests.
- Identify issues according to procedures and experience, consult with higher levels to resolve issues when necessary.
- When implementing monitoring change requests, approval from authorized higher levels is required.
Requirements
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- Associate degree in IT or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields.

3. Related Knowledge/Expertise:
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture and computer networks.
- Experience operating or deploying monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc. is an advantage.
- Experience using programming languages such as Python, Java, Golang, etc. is an advantage
4. Skills
- Ability to write reports and technical documentation.
- Planning ability.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.

6. Working Hours
- Work on shift or office hours as assigned by the organization
- Ready to work overtime as required by the organization
- Shifts: 3 shifts (shift 1: 7am-3pm, shift 2: 3pm-10pm, shift 3: 10pm-7am)
