• Propose strategy, implement building/deploying retail banking product development plans (retail banking products):
1. Build development plans for each product line
2. Design products (features, terms) aligned with business objectives
3. Organize implementation of product development (new/refinement)
• Supervise/Organize implementation of market research, analysis and retail banking customer needs to serve product development (new/refinement):
1. Analyze customer behavior, market trends; competitive comparison
2. Identify unmet needs, points requiring product refinement
• Supervise/Organize implementation of product development (new/refinement) for high-value retail banking customers, meeting business needs:
1. Research customer needs to propose new/refined high-value products
2. Build detailed analysis reports on proposed new/refined high-value products (solutions, revenue, costs, reputation, risks...)
3. Design products meeting sales and customer needs
4. Monitor, optimize business effectiveness of products throughout their lifecycle
• Collaborate in building and managing retail banking customer experience (Priority Segment): Design customer journey and experience for each product, optimize customer experience; build measurement criteria and implement customer satisfaction measurement; supervise, evaluate and analyze customer experience, deploy solutions to improve customer experience
• Supervise building briefs (new/refinement) and deploying retail banking products developed by units on internal software systems (e.g.: CRM, BPM, CMV, App MB,…)
• Organize implementation of retail banking product management (P&L):
1. Monitor, analyze and evaluate retail banking product effectiveness, identify risks of profit decline
2. Collaborate with Business Units to build, adjust interest rate/fee plans, pricing policies for products
• Organize implementation of collaboration in selling retail banking products through Business Units or platforms: Collaborate in deploying building sales scenarios, training materials for units on products built by the Department; advise and resolve issues regarding product content.

• Product Director / Product Expert: Lead a specialized area, important products of the unit, provide deep specialized advice to related departments, may manage/coordinate a team. Suitable for 8-12 years, with deep expertise and team leadership experience.
• Senior Expert: Lead, provide specialized direction at bank level, directly advise Director of Block, leadership on strategy in the area of responsibility; may manage or coordinate teams. Suitable for > 12 years experience, recognized as an industry leading expert.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, banking, information technology, data, marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/banking, of which minimum 3 years of experience in product development/customer segment/customer experience management/business/risk management/appraisal/approval/operations at financial/banking organizations.
- Understand the market, Priority segment, products and services for retail banking customer segments
- Priority given to management experience in finance/banking.
- Priority given to certifications such as: CFA, FRM, PMP, or other related professional certifications.
- Toeic 700 or above or equivalent certificate
