Detailed Job Description
- Responsible for organizing and planning the company's activity programs on a regular basis by month/quarter/year or by project together with relevant departments based on the direction and policies of the Board of Directors.
- Advise on establishing activity targets for the company and departments and metrics - performance measurement indicators, cycle - activity cycles meeting organizational objectives; alert risks regarding plans for projects and departments.
- Continuously monitor and supervise plan implementation. Urge and adjust in a timely manner work that does not ensure progress and work efficiency as required.
- Report and advise the Board of Directors on the operational situation of units. In particular, need to report promptly to leadership in cases at risk of not ensuring the plan.
- Evaluate KPI performance indicators that the group assigns to the company quarterly.
- Advise the Board of Directors on establishing content and methods for evaluating departments, preparing data and advising on the process of evaluating the operational effectiveness of departments.
- Enhance analytical work for decision-making based on the organization's centralized data. Identify non-optimal management flows in the organization to propose adjustments, tools, digitize analysis and management flows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, International Trade or related fields.
- 1.5-4 years of experience in an Operations Planning position
- In-depth knowledge of planning methods, planning criteria, planning templates.
- Solid understanding of management by objectives processes and methods and ability to apply them in work management and operations.
- Solid understanding of the organization's operational process flow
Skills
- Strong work organization skills with the ability to arrange multiple projects with different priority levels.
- Solid plan management skills with the ability to be flexible when required.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and forecast risks, and provide solutions to minimize risks
- Ability to research and propose solutions to address problems arising during the work process to complete the planned plan.
