Job description
- Establish and directly build, organize and implement the unit's plans
- Manage, organize and implement sales activities, develop and maintain customer relationships of the branch
- Deploy customer care programs in the area
- Manage and supervise the activities of the Customer Service department
- Supervise and take responsibility for the quality of services provided to customers, ensure the image, brand, and facilities of the branch
- Organize recruitment, manage, train and develop the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics and other related fields
- Understanding of the finance and banking industry, banking products/services
- Proficient in office IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of banking business experience, of which 1 year working in a team management position
